General Terms and Conditions

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to us indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by the SkinsFoundry Inc. The SkinsFoundry Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your Console Skin® (in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it) and we will exchange it for a different Skin™ (of lesser or equal value).

We ship orders upon confirmation of payment from your banking institution. International orders with "unconfirmed" PayPal shipping addresses may experience a slight delay in order processing. In most cases this will not affect the overall shipping time for your order.

In the event that we make a mistake (such a sending out the wrong item) we will refund your return shipping (once item is received by our offices) and pay the shipping costs to get the replacement back out to you. Under certain circumstances we may go ahead and ship a replacement without requesting you return the incorrect merchandise. This is done entirely at our discretion.

We can not accept returns on any personalized Custom Console Skins® unless there is a defect in material or workmanship, all sales on custom made Skins™ are final.

Under no circumstance will we be obligated to exchange or replace any Skin™ that has been removed from its backing. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products at our discretion. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective item to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, we will pay the shipping costs of the replacement item.
